While not as well-known internationally, Joselito is the brand most Spaniards will come up with when asked about the best jamon. Family owned for six generations, the company (some would say clan) has been obsessed with creating the perfect jamon for more than 100 years. Many a gourmet has said they have done it – this ham really does melt in your mouth. While this is the smaller front leg, or shoulder ham, Joselito jamon isn’t cheap – only a few hundred are produced each year. Worth it.
